Date Set For ACE Eddie Awards

American Cinema Editors has confirmed the date for the upcoming 76th ACE Eddie Awards. The awards ceremony is to take place at UCLA’s Royce Hall in Westwood, Los Angeles, on Friday, February 27, 2026.

The ceremony takes place annually and seeks to honor outstanding contributions to editing in film, television, and documentaries. Any television series airing between November 2024 to December 2025 may be considered, alongside any films released between January to December 2025.

Nominations for the event are yet to be announced, with submissions opening Wednesday, October 1, 2025. Voting will take place between Monday, January 12, 2026, and Thursday, January 22, 2026, with final nominations to be declared on Tuesday, January 27, 2026.

Honorary awards are yet to be announced, with two separate Career Achievement awards and a Golden Eddie Filmmaker of the Year honor to be given out at the ceremony.
